Carla Franklin Sues Google – Carla Franklin sues Google over YouTube user’s comment. Carla Franklin sues Google and filed a legal petition Monday that she believes a Google user or users impugned her sexual mores in comments made under pseudonyms on a Columbia Business School website.

Carla Franklin, a former model and actress and Columbia University graduate is seeking information from Google in order find out who labeled her as a ‘whore’ on YouTube and to stop the cyberbullying. Someone also posted unauthorized YouTube clips of her appearing in a small-budget independent movie.

This is not the first time Google has been sued for nasty comments posted on sites. Model Liskula Cohen successfully got Google to give her the information of a user that was calling her a ‘skank’ and an ‘old hag’.
